Bihar Civil Court Vacancy 2022 Age Limit

Bihar Civil Court Recruitment 2022 में आवेदन के लिए न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष एवं अधिकतम आयु सीमा 37 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। आयु की गणना आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि को आधार मानकर की जाएगी। आरक्षित वर्ग को नियमानुसार अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट दी गई है। पदों के अनुसार आयु सीमा की जानकारी निम्न प्रकार है –

• अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी गई है।
• अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 3 वर्ष की छूट दी गई है।
• यह जानकारी पहले आयोजित भर्ती के आधार पर उपलब्ध कराई गई है, नई भर्ती का विस्तृत विज्ञापन जारी होने पर जानकारी अपडेट की जाएगी।

Bihar Civil Court Recruitment 2022 Application Fee

• सामान्य, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन हेतु ₹800 आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
• अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन हेतु ₹400 आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
• चपरासी के पद पर आवेदन हेतु सामान्य, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को ₹600 एवं अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन हेतु ₹300 आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
• आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
• आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान होने पर किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा।
• विस्तृत अधिकारिक विज्ञापन जारी होने पर जानकारी को अपडेट किया जाएगा।

Bihar Civil Court Vacancy 2022 में आवेदन हेतु विभिन्न पदों के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता अलग-अलग निर्धारित की गई है। पदों के अनुसार शैक्षणिक योग्यता की जानकारी निम्न प्रकार है –

Court Reader Cum Deposition Writer	1132	Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.
Stenographer	1562	Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India. The candidates must have knowledge of Stenography in English/Hindi. A certificate in Stenography issued by an institute recognized by Central/State Government is essential.
Court Clerk	3325	Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.

Clerk –

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Knowledge of Computer is essential.
• Candidate must be medically fit.
• Candidate must be of good moral character.

Stenographer –

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have a certificate of Stenography issued by an institute recognized by Central/ State Government.
• Proficiency in Computer Typing.
• Candidate must be medically fit.
• Candidate must be of good moral character.

Court Reader -cum- Deposition Writer –

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have a certificate of English and Hindi Typing issued by an institute recognized by Central / State Government.
• Knowledge of Computer Typing is essential.
• Candidate must be medically fit.

Peon/ Orderly –

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• The candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Matriculation/ 10th Passed.
